All transactions made on our website www.coralestudio.com are subject to these terms, so anyone who makes a transaction on it must expect our purchase approval email and will thereby be understood to know and accept each and every one of our terms and conditions.

To purchase products on the site, registration is not required
In contracts offered through this site, the provider will unequivocally and easily accessible inform the steps the consumer must follow to conclude them, and will inform whether the electronic document formalizing the contract will be archived and if it will be accessible to the consumer. Product Backup


In case of device change, the user must ensure they use the same iCloud (iPhone) or Google Drive account for the product to sync.
Each user is responsible for creating a backup on their new phone before deleting the old one. Coral Estudio will not resend the product once it has been correctly installed.

USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Coral Estudio SPA will NOT be responsible for the loss, misplacement, deletion, or inaccessibility of purchased digital products when such situation is a consequence of:

•       Change, breakage, theft, loss, factory reset, or any damage to the buyer's device.

•       Change of iCloud, Google Drive, or other synchronization platform account.

•       Voluntary or accidental deletion of files by the user.

•       Lack of backup prior to device change or deletion.

•       Any cause attributable to the buyer or third parties unrelated to Coral Estudio SPA.

 

IMPORTANT: Under no circumstances will Coral Estudio SPA be obliged to resend, replace or compensate digital products that the buyer has lost, deleted or misplaced due to causes attributable to themselves or their device. If the user has lost access to the product for any of the reasons indicated above, they must purchase it again. Coral Estudio SPA expressly reserves the right not to resend any digital product once it has been correctly delivered.


All acceptance of an offer will be subject to the suspensive condition that the offering company validates the transaction. Consequently, for every operation carried out on this site, confirmation and/or validation or verification by the provider will be a requirement for the formation of consent. To validate the transaction, the provider must verify:
1. That it has the items in stock at the time of accepting offers.
2. That it validates and accepts the payment method offered by the user.
3. That the data registered by the customer on the site matches the data provided when accepting the offer.

Shipping times

The provider has shipping times of 1 business day to send the preset under normal conditions.
Under any abnormal condition that prevents or hinders the shipments of our orders, it will be notified in advance on our social networks and website.
Such notifications will be visible and will provide the provider with the necessary time to send said preset in a responsible manner, protecting all parties.
