TIPS ☼ PHOTOS FOR CELL PHONE

Having a professional camera does not guarantee that the photo will turn out well. It's all in the eye and your skills, that's why we decided to create this blog to give you some tips so you can use them from home and with a cell phone.

Tips:

1. Very basic but essential: clean the lens

It is important that if you want to take a good photo, first of all you spend a second cleaning the lens, which although it may not be noticeable to the naked eye, it is not 100% clean and that can ruin the quality of the photo you take.

2. Let there be light!

Light is one of the most important factors. If there is not much light, the photo will turn out dark and if there is too much, the image will “burn in.”

"Stick to working in natural light whenever you can," warns BBC photographer Emma Boys. "If you go for natural light your photo will have good shadows and a balanced color balance. The worst thing you can do is kill the flash."

Try photographing near a window and put some white paper on it to bounce the light and remove some of the shadows.

3. Angle and composition

The angle you use will depend on what you want to photograph. Photos taken from above usually work well when there are several elements that make up the image. If you want to focus on an element or a person, try to make the background clean and harmonious.

Use your camera's grid to arrange the elements in the photo. If you have horizontal lines, try to keep them straight. Apply the rule of three thirds: divide the screen into six frames and place the object to be photographed at the intersections of lines to balance the image and make it much more attractive than if you placed it in the center.
